As Co-founder, CTO, and Chief Strategy Officer at EnablerMinds, he combines technical depth, business acumen, and execution excellence to help organizations cut through complexity and drive real business impact through data and AI.

Known for his pragmatic mindset and intellectual curiosity, Hitesh strives to stay at the forefront of emerging technology trends and innovation. He has successfully architected and delivered impactful solutions across diverse industries—including pharmaceuticals, banking, automotive, and logistics—leveraging his end-to-end expertise in data architectures, big data analytics, cloud platforms, DevOps, AIOps, and enterprise-grade data governance.

He is passionate about enabling organizations through bespoke AI solutions, intelligent data platforms, and future-ready engineering that simplify complexity and drive measurable business performance.

Before co-founding EnablerMinds, Hitesh held the roles of Head of Cloud Data Platforms & Data Engineering and Chief Business and Technical Architect at DHL Group within the global Data & Analytics service line. In this capacity, he was pivotal in designing and scaling enterprise analytics capabilities on Azure Cloud from the ground up. He played a key role in defining data strategies, advancing divisional and enterprise-wide roadmaps, and advising C-level stakeholders on innovation and delivery.

As Chief Architect, Hitesh led the development and expansion of global cloud data management capabilities across business divisions (DHL Supply Chain, DHL eCommerce, Deutsche Post & Parcel), central functions (Finance, Corporate, HR), and service lines (Real Estate, Legal, Procurement). He ensured excellence in execution across major engineering initiatives, and guided and advised impactful projects across various divisions including enterprise AI (e.g., Text-to-SQL GenAI), centralized data repositories, new technology evaluation and introduction (Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric) and comprehensive data governance frameworks.

Prior to his tenure at DHL, Hitesh served as Practice Head for Big Data and Cloud Competencies at Adastra Germany. In this role, he was instrumental in building and scaling both the technical capabilities and consulting practices. He led the design and delivery of data lake platforms and advanced analytics solutions for key clients in the banking and automotive sectors, driving impactful outcomes through robust architectures and strategic execution.
