About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead all HR-related activities - from talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent (including proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media)
Draft, publish, and maintain engaging job advertisements
Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future roles
Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage the entire employee journey - from onboarding to offboarding
Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and documentation
Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data
Handle administrative topics related to employee benefits, leaves, and attendance
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
Requirements
Requirements
5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR administration
Hands-on experience with social media recruiting, LinkedIn, and job boards
Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficient in MS Office
Nice to Have
HR-related degree or certification (e.g., HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology)
Experience in IT recruitment
Experience in employer branding or HR marketing
Experience in an international environment or with multicultural teams
