About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on HR & Recruitment Manager to join our team and lead all HR-related activities - from talent acquisition to employee lifecycle management. You will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, while ensuring efficient and compliant HR processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying hiring needs to onboarding new employees

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent (including proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, and social media)

  • Draft, publish, and maintain engaging job advertisements

  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future roles

  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage the entire employee journey - from onboarding to offboarding

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR systems

  • Prepare and manage employment contracts, amendments, and documentation

  • Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of employee data

  • Handle administrative topics related to employee benefits, leaves, and attendance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies

  • Support performance management and employee development initiatives

Requirements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR and recruitment roles

  • Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and HR administration

  • Hands-on experience with social media recruiting, LinkedIn, and job boards

  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices

  • Excellent English and German skills (written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Proficient in MS Office

 

Nice to Have

  • HR-related degree or certification (e.g., HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology)

  • Experience in IT recruitment

  • Experience in employer branding or HR marketing

  • Experience in an international environment or with multicultural teams
